Triomphe

At the end of the Champs-Élysées you'll find a structure of grandeur and bold statements. The Arc de Triomphe honours those who fought and died for France in the French Revolutionary and the Napoleonic Wars and on the outside it lists all the victories and generals.

All in all it's a very surreal experience that combines emotions of pride, mourning, respect and grandeur, but something you almost have to see at least once in your life.
